采用成像光学技术。同时使用不同作用的镜头。
照明镜头和成像镜头。提升照射效率，更加明亮。
样品的WD=300mm、线宽1.7mm左右。 为LED光源。不存在激光特有的噪音。
暗视野下野下校准照射器/DFC-2
是暗视野下校准类型的照射器。
通过对透明被检测物及镜面反射被检测物的照射，检测出从伤口・异物等发出的异常反射光。
即使是微小的异物也能够检测出来。透明体的指纹附着，洗净残渣等一目了然。
玻璃、镜片、滤光片等透明体适合通过镜子、薄膜等反射体目视检查。
